Do you serve businesses in Houlton itself, or only the surrounding towns?
Both. Our base is in the St. Croix Valley corridor. Houlton is the home market. How do I get a price?

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. The certificate of insurance comes with your written quote. More detail on our

Will I get the same crew each time?
Yes. The crew assigned at kick-off stays on your account. We do not rotate anonymous teams through accounts where nobody knows the building layout or what "the usual" looks like.
What does "nightly" mean?
Five nights per week, Monday through Friday, after your business closes. The exact start time is confirmed in the written scope. If you need weekend coverage, that is a separate line item in the quote.
Do you handle floor care separately from regular cleaning?
Yes. Strip, seal and burnish for VCT and resilient tile is quoted separately from your regular programme. It typically runs once or twice a year depending on traffic. See the

What happens if I am not happy after the first month?
The 30-day inspection is built into every programme. We review against the written scope. Anything that did not meet spec gets a scheduled correction before the next billing cycle. It is a formal step, not a conversation we hope you initiate.
Can I call after 5pm?
The phone is not answered after Fri 8:30am. Use the quote form and we commit in writing to a next-business-day callback. We do not advertise 24/7 availability we cannot deliver.
