Disinfection, supply restocking and per-visit documentation. Standalone or as part of any nightly programme.
Restroom condition is the fastest way a commercial facility loses credibility with customers, tenants or employees. It is also the area most likely to produce a health department flag in a shared-use facility. We treat restroom sanitation as a documented protocol, not a checklist item that gets skipped when a crew is running late.
| Task | Standard |
|---|---|
| Toilet and urinal disinfection | EPA-registered disinfectant, appropriate dwell time, documented per visit |
| Sink and counter surfaces | Disinfect, polish chrome, clean mirrors |
| Floor | Disinfect tile floor and grout lines, damp mop, allow to dry |
| Supply restocking | Paper products, soap, seat covers per your supply agreement |
| Waste removal | Sanitary bins emptied and relined, general waste removed |
| Odour control | Air freshener or deodoriser block per scope |
| Per-visit log | Crew initials, time in/out, any supply shortfall noted |
Restroom sanitation can run as a standalone contract for facilities with in-house general cleaning staff, or as an integrated component of a nightly or three-night programme. The scope document separates it either way so there is no ambiguity about what is included.
Per-visit log documentation matters when a tenant, customer or inspector questions restroom condition. A signed log sheet dated and timed is the only reliable evidence that the work was done. We include it by default, not as an upgrade.
